The Wakamow Valley Authority is preparing to celebrate its annual Harvest Moon Festival on Sept. 3.
The festival will be held at Kiwanis River Park between 4:30 and 8:30 p.m.
"The festival is a celebration of the changing season from summer to fall," said Bob Wills, general manager of the Wakamow Valley Authority.
Wills said there will be live entertainment featuring such local talent as fiddler Scott Benson and the singing group Moose Jaw Mixx.
"I am really excited this year about the entertainment we have to offer," said Wills. "Besides the local folks, we will be featuring Flyin' Bob, a one-man, three-ring circus."
Wills said there will be a lot of music and entertainment for everyone to enjoy at the festival.
