Smith questionable for Game 2

Game 2 pre-game notes

Published on November 30, -1

The referees will be Steve Papp and Chris Savage. The linesmen are Sean Donnelly and Michael Roberts. The video goal judge is Mark MacIsaac.

Kevin Smith is questionable for Game 2. He and Dallas Ehrhardt will both take the pre-game skate, but only one will play. Smith took a shot off the foot in Game 1 and didn’t practice Friday. He was expected to be fine for Saturday, but is a question mark after Saturday’s morning skate. Jakub Herman will sit and Clinton Atkinson looks like he will dress. It’s possible Atkinson could take a shift or two at forward, but seems unlikely to get a lot of ice.

Joey Kornelsen and Quinton Howden are out.
