[Professional Blog] Suer out of the line-up Friday

Friday, Sept. 25, 2009

Published on November 30, -1

Monday’s Moose Jaw Warriors practice was one of the most intense I’ve seen in the Dave Hunchak era — and that’s saying something. Unfortunately defenceman Chad Suer went hard into the boards and is expected to be out of the lineup in Regina.Suer’s defence partner Ryan Stanton was out of the line-up Saturday with a groin injury and didn’t practice Monday. Stanton played through the injury Friday in Swift Current, but was a game-day decision. The only Warrior not to see the ice so far this season is Jakub Herman. The Czech rookie is expected to be in the line-up for one or both of this week’s game as the Warriors brass try to find out where he fits into their roster.
