The Winds of Change

The Winds of Change are on the blow here in Saskatchewan. Crop yields and harvest were up this year in most areas. Grain prices were up this year. The people of Saskatchewan voted in a new Government. And most of all we woke up Monday morning knowing the Winds of Change had brought the Saskatchewan Roughriders their third Grey Cup.

There is one big question left about the Winds of Change. Why oh why do the Winds of Change in Saskatchewan have to be minus thirty nine degrees Celsius?
