    Maybe they need to take another trip back out to BC and check out there arenas again... Maybe do some soil sampling out there and compare the two.
    That could be phase 4 and 5

    soil testing should have been the first thing done before anything i cant believe all of a sudden gee maybe we should check the soil first

    Just maybe this should have been done before deciding to buy wasteland property. Since phaze 1 & 2 testing recommended phaze 3 testing, which is being done now, how come council has already told people it will only cost $100,000 to clean up a 2 square block area ? Maybe they were just talkig about cutting the grass.

    Why are they drilling at Main and River? What does this piece of land have to do with the arena?

    Either the caption is incorrect about it being part of the multiplex project or they missed the mark by a couple of hundred metres.
