Moose Jaw -

The Saskatchewan Business Teachers' Association (SBTA) spring conference will be held in Moose Jaw from March 19-20.
The theme for this year's conference is "Business is Booming."
The conference will begin with an evening social on March 19 at the Temple Gardens Mineral Spa, followed on March 20 by a full day of sessions and workshops at Peacock Collegiate.
The sessions will cover a variety of curriculum including personal finance, entrepreneurship, career and work exploration, and information processing.
"The goals of SBTA are to promote quality business education in Saskatchewan and promote professional growth for our members," said Barbara McKinnon, the chairwoman of the conference planning committee.
The morning sessions begin at 8:45 a.m. with a session titled So You Want to be a Skills Canada Competitor, which is limited to the first 10 participants who sign up.
The mini competition will be followed by creativity and multimedia workshop and then behavioural interviews helping students with job interviews.
