One in 3.2 trillion.
Those are the odds of two progressive slot machines registering a win at exactly the same time.
But despite the absolutely miniscule chance of such an event occurring, the "one" time just so happened earlier this month at Casino Moose Jaw.
Moose Jaw's Debbie Box and Wayne Kinzel from Saskatoon were the lucky two who were playing the machines when the nearly impossible occurred.
Box described the situation in a press release.
"I never saw anything like it," she said in the release. "The lights on my machine were going off and bells were ringing - when I looked around, the same thing was happening a couple slot machines down."
The wins merited payouts on Saturday of $32,346.75 for both Box and Kinzel.
There was a delay in administering the payments, as the Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation decided to review the very rare situation before delivering the cheques.
"Our commitment is to operate with the highest integrity, so we did take some time to thoroughly review the situation and facts before making this presentation," Twyla Meredith, acting president and CEO of the Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation - which operates the Moose Jaw casino - said in the release.

So your saying 320 trillion to 1 is not POSSIBLE? Whose the idiot now? I'll take the scam where they give me 32 thousand dollars for free all the time. Big scam there!

What are the odds? About the same as that proposed white elephant downtown attracting people and businesses to the community. LOL
