Mortlach has new real-estate developments

The Village of Mortlach has two new real estate developments.
Twenty-one new residential lots are under development and an Ontario trailer manufacturer will locate a plant in town.

The Village of Mortlach has two new real estate developments.
Twenty-one new residential lots are under development and an Ontario trailer manufacturer will locate a plant in town.
"We're negotiating with Flatboy Trailers for two five-acre lots and they want an option on a third," says mayor Ron Locke.
"They hope to pour cement as soon as weather conditions allow. They're looking at opening by summer."
The company builds utility trailers to haul snow mobiles and all-terrain vehicles with plants in Ontario and Florida.
