Pair charged in assault, possession released on conditions
Reginald Andrew Eveline was not supposed to leave Alberta.
However, that is one of several conditions of a previous court order that the Moose Jaw Police Service allege the man has broken after charging him in connection with an alleged assault on Tuesday.
Eveline was arrested in Moose Jaw after police responded to an assault call on the 900 block of Thatcher Drive East.
When police arrived on the scene, a man and woman were found to have separated after allegedly fighting with each other.
Following an investigation, police allege the man was found to be in possession of a stolen wallet, credit card and other stolen property.
The woman was also allegedly in possession of stolen property.
Both individuals were charged and appeared in Moose Jaw provincial court on Wednesday.
Eveline was released on conditions and will appear again on his matters, which include assault, two counts of possession of stolen property, possession of a stolen credit card and three breaches of his court order, on Dec. 2.
Jennifer-Lee Spenrath, who is charged with possession of stolen property, was released on conditions and will appear again on the same date.
