Six individuals and six groups are in the running for Moose Jaw’s Citizen and Group of the Year.

David Chow, Jerry Hicks, Denise Maisonneuve, Kathleen Martell, Doug Shepherd and Shirley Wagner have been nominated for Citizen of the Year while the Canada Cup of Curling host committee, Imagine Our Future organizing committee, Little Princess Ball committee, Moose Jaw Minor Basketball, Moose Jaw YMCA and Riverside Mission Inc. have been nominated for Group of the Year.

See Saturday's Times-Herald for why these individuals and groups were nominated.

The nominees will be honoured Thursday at a luncheon at which time the winners in each category will be announced. Tickets for the luncheon are $25 each and are available at the chamber of commerce office, 88 Saskatchewan Street East.
