The One and Only Fred Eaglesmith will be coming to Moose Jaw’s Mae Wilson Theatre on Aug. 10 with his full-on show which includes both comedy and song.

Eaglesmith has just released his 18th album Cha Cha Cha but told the Times-Herald he will be performing all sorts of his songs.

“It’s always a good time in Moose Jaw,” he said. “I have been many times. It’s a nice midwest town and I like them a lot.

“The people are always great and they always drive along way to come and see me,” he said.

Eaglesmith, who recently appeared on the David Letterman show, said his fans know what to expect from his concerts.

“It’s a show,” he said. “I will do some comedy stuff as well. I write my own songs so it will be anywhere from traditional bluegrass to rock ‘n’ roll.

“It’s songs from my whole career.”

Although he now has 18 albums under his belt, Eaglesmith said he doesn’t have a favourite one.
