Vancouver-based pop-rock group Marianas Trench has announced the addition of a stop in Moose Jaw to their upcoming Face The Music: With a Vengeance Tour across Canada.
The band will play Mosaic Place on April 10, joined by special guests Down With Webster, a six-piece group from Toronto, and Anami Vice, a Vancouver-based rapper.
Marianas Trench had revealed its original tour dates earlier in January, announcing the Moose Jaw show on Tuesday morning and setting off excitement amongst fans posting on social media.
After breaking through with their second album, Masterpiece Theatre, in 2009, the group has toured frequently.
Their latest disc, Ever After, was produced by lead singer and guitarist Josh Ramsay at his studio in Richmond, B.C., and released in 2011, netting a Juno nomination for Pop Album of the Year.
Tickets for the show will go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m.; prices start at $35.50. Tickets may be purchased from mosaicplace.ca, by phone at 624-2050 or from the Mosaic Place box office.
