  Although the ceiling was in rough condition, he and his partners knew it could be restored. From that point on the entire restoration project centred around it.
    Along with the ceiling, the brothers discovered a number of plaques displaying some of the provincial coats of arms, which date back to the early history of the building.
    Given their interest in history, Chow said having the work they put into their building recognized is that much more special.
