There are some pretty sad views of religion.

While some may use it as a source of political power. And the conflicts that have risien because of it are undeniable.

Religion also has a purpose of inspiring the uninspired, and acting as a source of strength for people in need. I would encourage the pparanoid masses to take in a sermin listen empathically instead of listening to react and worrying about who is sitting in the isle across from you.

It says a lot about your ego and sense of self preservation when you have to find the bad in something that is genuinely intended to be good.

If you belonged to a political party or a social club that was tied to as much bigotry, misogyny, homophobia, violence and sheer ignorance as religion is, you'd resign in protest. To do otherwise is to be an enabler...

I think theyre just examining what wouldve happened to Jesus in a modern justice system like ours rather than the execution order he received in the past. I think Jesus would be more disappointed with Jonny for insulting people than these people examining Jesus' life in a unique way.

Religion is dangerous because it allows human beings who don't have all the answers to think that they do. Most people would think it's wonderful when someone says, 'I'm willing Lord, I'll do whatever you want me to do.' Except that since there are no gods actually talking to us, that void is filled in by people with their own corruptions and limitations and agendas.

This is utterly sick! Jesus Christ on trial? I hope all of you weird and demonic people realize that without god, there wouldnt be any of our churches.
