A trend in recent years has been the utilization of old houses and their attics as nesting sites for turkey vultures. These new nesting habitats are so important they are being protected and studied. Other birds and wildlife also use these old houses as nesting sites, burrows and dens. Anyone interested in learning more about nature is welcome to attend this program at no cost. For further information, please contact Epp at 681-7604 or at kepp@shaw.ca.
