With only a handful of tickets left before the Concert of Hope takes over the Mae Wilson Theatre, organizers urge Moose Javians to get them before they're gone.
The event taking place Saturday, is in support of breast cancer and breast cancer detection.
Tickets are $50 a piece and can be purchased online at www.moosejawculture.com or at the cultural centre ticket office.
Eric Campbell, one of the event's volunteers, said the concert is going to be a night to remember and will be placing a spotlight on a topic that has affected many people in a number of different ways.
"We are trying to raise money to not only help with the early detection of breast cancer, but also to treat it and that alone, I think, is a great reason for people to come out and enjoy the show."
The event will include a pink carpet entrance, champagne, a silent auction and a raffle for a $700 diamond ring.
Performers will include Victoria Banks, a seven-time Canadian Country Music Awards nominee, Sean Hogan and Codie Prevost.
One of the event's founders, Jared Mathieson said in a previous interview, the show is about much more than just putting on a concert. It is about bringing the community together and raising as much money and awareness as possible for a disease that has touched the lives of so many.
He said the support shown by his co-organizers, the artists and volunteers is just a taste of what Moose Javians can do when they come together.
When the event first came together the goal was to raise $20,000 to purchase a piece of minimally invasive surgical equipment, which would help with the early detection of breast cancer, for the Union Hospital.
However, after receiving a number of large donations from a variety of sponsors the bar was raised and the sky became the limit, officials said.
