In Moose Jaw the first day of the public H1N1 clinic, “went very, very well said Grace Hayward, regional director of public health in Moose Jaw."
She said although the clinics were quite busy, the public health staff managed the traffic flow extremely well and “in a very professional, well controlled manner.”
She said in total Tuesday’s staff saw around 900 people.
Hayward said in the first two hours the clinic was open, people were waiting anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes.
She said she does expect the next two weeks to be quite as busy, however said there is lot of vaccine and time, so there is no need for people to rush.
