Moose Jaw Union Hospital has announced it will begin its emergency room renovations on Monday.
The renovations, which have been in the works for quite some time, will take approximately two months and cost $117,000.
The money used for the project is not that raised by fundraisers, but money which has been allocated to the hospital by the Five Hills Health Region.
The renovations will include new automatic sliding doors, frames and hardware and new patient bathrooms.
According to Diane Ireland, the director of ICU and emergency, one of the largest and most important changes patients will notice is the areas in which they register.
