Police say an unknown male entered an apartment building on the weekend, falsely identified himself as new management and requested rent payments. Anyone with information on this is asked to call police at 694-7600.
In 48 hours to Sunday at 7 a.m., police said they answered over 150 calls.
Police said both Friday and Saturday night they were called to the local bars to deal with fighting and disorderly behaviour. The majority of those calls, according to police, involved drunk and disorderly individuals, resulting in a number of overnight stays in the cells.
Police said there were also a number of calls made in regards to vandalized vehicles. In many of the vandalism cases, police said the damage was limited to smashed windows. Police said the vandalism was not isolated to one specific area in the city and there are no suspects at this time.
