A vehicle had to be towed away after the driver struck a pole at Third Avenue Northeast and Manitoba Street East causing $15,000 damage.

    The incident happened at 8:28 a.m. Wednesday and police said road conditions were a factor. There were no injuries or charges.

    At 11:59 a.m. Wednesday, police were called to a domestic incident on the 1300 block of Caribou Street. One person was arrested for breach of probation.

    A green 2002 Volkswagen Jetta was reported stolen from the 500 block of Laurier Street at 5:34 p.m. Wednesday.

    The licence plate is 116 GTG and there is a crack in the wind shield.

    At 7:28 p.m. Wednesday, a business on the zero block of High Street West reported to police that a security camera had captured somebody defecating on their mat.

    Police are investigating the incident.   

    A pedestrian was hit by a car at Main Street and Hall Street at 8:01 p.m. Wednesday.

    The driver was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian at a cross walk. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries.

    At 3:47 a.m. Thursday, a man was charged with mischief and resisting arrested on the zero block of High Street West. He was held in cells until morning and released by a JP.

    In total, Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 66 calls between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday.
