Fire calls

The Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire/country run at 11:20 a.m. on Friday. Officials said no one was injured and the cause is still under investigation.

Police calls

The Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 104 calls between 7 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

• At 7:08 p.m. Friday police charged an adult male with a theft from a business on the 700 block of Main Street North.

• At 8:52 p.m. Friday, police responded to a hit and run on 12th Avenue Southwest. There was $1,000 damage.

• At 12:31 a.m. Saturday, police mediated an assault on the 300 block of Fairford Street West.

• At 2:40 a.m., two males were arrested and held until sober on the 800 block of Ominica Street East.

• At 3:41 a.m., police arrested an adult male for drunkenness and he was held until sober.

• At 5:03 a.m. on the 600 block of 4th Avenue Northeast, an adult female was taken to the hospital because of drunkenness.

• At 6:45 a.m. on the zero block of Wood Lily Drive, a drunk was arrested and held until sober.

• At 8:15 a.m. on the 1000 block of Ross Street East, police responded to a call of a woman passed out on a couch. An adult female was charged with trespassing.

• At 9:46 a.m. on the 900 block of Brown Street, someone threw a vodka bottle through the window of their vehicle. There was $500 damage.

• At 4:09 p.m. police picked up an intoxicated adult female on the 1400 block f 9th Avenue Northeast and turned her over to family members.

• At 4:46 p.m. on the zero block of Fairford Street West, police picked up an adult female and held her until she was sober.

• At 5:38 p.m. on the 1200 block of 9th Avenue Northwest, two BMX bikes were reported stolen. The bikes had a $1,500 value.

• At 6:17 p.m. on the 300 block of Home Street, there was a break and enter into a home.

• At 8:05 p.m. police settled a disturbance at a bar on the zero block of Main Street.

• At 8:39 p.m. police found three young children alone on the 1300 block of 12th Avenue Southwest. They were picked up and their parents were located.

• At 8:41 p.m. on the 700 block of Coteau Street, police arrested two adult males for drunkenness and held them until sober.

• At 9:18 p.m. on the 500 block of Hochelaga Street, an adult male was picked up and held until sober.

• At 9:41 p.m., an adult mal was charged with the possession of narcotics on the zero block of Fairford Street West.

• At 12:06 a.m. Sunday, an adult male was charged at a noisy party on the 1000 block of 1st Avenue Northwest.

• At 1:27 a.m. police responded to a fire call on the zero block of Wellsely Street.

• At 9:47 a.m. on the 200 block of Iroquois Street East, a commercial pick-up truck was stolen.

• At 11:39 a.m., police responded to a call at the Hillcrest Golf Centre of a golf cart that had overturned. An adult male was taken to the Moose Jaw Union Hospital with minor injuries. Alcohol was not a factor.
