Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to three calls between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday.
• Engines responded to the 30th block of Thorn Crescent for a false alarm.
• A malfunctioning alarm was responded to on the 1700 block of Stadacona Street West.
• On Tuesday at 4:33 p.m. engines responded to the rural municipality of Moose Jaw for a bale fire.
Moose Jaw Police Service received 61 calls between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday.
• A break & enter occurred on Tuesday at 8:26 a.m. on the 300 block of Oak Street. Three windows were damaged resulting in $1,200 in damage, with police investigating.
• Police are investigating damage to a vehicle occurring on Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. on the 900 block of Caribou Street West, resulting in $1,000 in damage.
• A licence plate was taken on the 0 block of Chester Road.
• Police are investigating a report of mischief occurring on Tuesday at 1:05 p.m. on the 1200 block of Seventh Avenue Northwest. Side mirrors were damaged on a car.
• A bike was stolen on the 1100 block of Coteau Street West, and is being investigated.
• Police are investigating a tailgate being taken on the 1700 block of Main Street North, valued at $1,000 in damage.
• Police received a report on Tuesday at 3:25 p.m. over the theft of a cream coloured boat, occurring on the 1200 block of Athabasca Street East and are investigating.
• A person was detained for trespassing on the 0 block of Manitoba Street West.
• A person was charged with possession of stolen property on the 500 block of Athabasca Street East.
• Police assisted in locating two missing youth on the 900 block of Montgomery Street.
• A person was warned of the noise bylaw on the 1500 block of Grace Street.
• MJPS assisted another police agency on the 0 block of Fairford Street West. A person was charged with being impaired and refusal.
• A person was arrested and detained until sober, resulting from a dispute occurring on the 900 block of Fourth Avenue Southwest.
• On Wednesday at 2:16 a.m. a break & enter occurred on the 900 block of Caribou Street West. A Television and laptop were stolen, with police investigating.
• Four people were arrested on six outstanding warrants.
