The following items are on the agenda for Tuesday’s regular council meeting at city hall:
The Department of Financial Services will present the city’s 2011 audited financial statements.
The city will receive a report from financial services regarding the 2011 municipal public accounts.
The development appeals board will present a report on the notice of its next meeting for 5 p.m. on Aug. 21 in the mayor’s conference room at city hall. The meeting will hear five appeals of clause 219 (1) (b) of The Planning and Development Act, 2007 regarding construction of a fence, attached garage, retaining wall/fence, a dwelling and attached garage and a detached accessory building respectively.
The city will receive reports from the July 23 executive committee and the July 24 municipal planning commission.
