Police Calls
There were 51 calls recieved between 7 a.m August 5 and 7 a.m. August 6.
•An assault on Athabasca St. West is still under investiagtion.
•On 4th Avenue Northeast a camera was stolen from a vehicle. It is still under investigation.
•Police responded to a neighbourhood dispute on Lillooet St. West. A male was arrested.
•Police were called to assist the Humane Society on Henleaze Avenue. A dog was apprehended. •The owners of a noisy house party recieved a warning on Irving Avenue. •The police assisted the RCMP with an impaired driver on the highway. •A young person was warned for careless driving on Main St. North. •A domestic dispute was mediated on Chestnut Ave. •Police were called to assist a family with an elderly family member. •There was a loud music complaint on 12th Ave. Southwest. It is still under investigation to speak to the owner. •A charge of possesion of drugs on 7th Ave. Northeast is still under investigation. •A minor was charged with possession of alcohol on Main St. North. •A domestic argument was mediated on Connaught Ave. •Stolen property was found on Clifton Ave. It is still under investigation. Additionally, there were four false alarm calls, two people arrested on warrants, and one person charged with a breach of a court order. Fire CallsFrom 7 a.m. August 5 to 7 a.m. August 6, the Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to two calls.
•They were called for a medical assist on the 1100 block 3rd Avenue Northeast.
•They responded to a false alarm on the zero block McDonald Street.
