Mr. Labonte and I can agree, at least on the topic at hand, I have stated before , I do not want to pay extra for some thing I can do myself, recycling. Put a bulk plastic bin at both locations, problem solved. I was at PlaMor location today and the mess there just strengthens my argument. The SARCAN cow bin for milk jugs was taken to be emptied and what was left was anything but milk jugs. People are doing their part, just with the wrong bins.We don't need curbside pickup, just a more efficient drop off point.
