Fire calls

  • On Wednesday Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to a false alarm on the 1200 Block of Main Street North.

Police calls

Moose Jaw Police Service received 34 between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday.

  • A vehicle’s window was smashed on the 700 block of Elizabeth Street.
  •  There was a two vehicle collision at Ross Street East and First Avenue North East. There were no injuries. One person was charged for proceeding a stop sign.
  • A window was smashed out of a vehicle on the 1000 block of Hopkins Crescent.
  • Five males were warned after being pulled over for erratic driving around the 2000 block of Ninth Avenue North West.
  • Police responded to a report of an unwanted guest on the 200 block of Main Street North, the male left upon police request.
  • Police are investigating reports of threats being uttered on the 400 block of Ominica Street East.
  •  Policed seized a vehicle on the 300 block of Third Avenue North East due to a suspended driver.
  • A female was charged with theft and public mischief after police responded to a shoplifting call on the zero block of Caribou Street West.
  • A female was charged with impaired driving at the intersection of Ash Street and Fifth Avenue South West.
  • A vehicle was seized on the 900 block of Caribou Street West.
  • A female was charged with driving impaired on the 900 block of Ominica Street West.
  • Police arrested three people on account of nine outstanding warrants.
