The following items are on the agenda for Monday's meeting of the city council executive committee:

• The executive will consider a letter from Larry Going regarding an amendment to Bylaw 4251, the Livestock Bylaw, to make an exemption provision for individuals with a valid provincial and federal permit to allow the keeping of certain animals under specified conditions.

• The business development division will present executive with a report respecting the leasing of city owned farm land to include a five-year revolving right of first refusal to successful tenders at a rate established by the city according to current market conditions.

• Executive will discuss two reports, one report from the business development division and one report from the city clerk-solicitor’s department, likely in camera.
