Police calls
• On Sunday, Moose Jaw Police Service attended to an emergency call involving a person with possible stab wounds in the 800 block of Stadacona Street East. As part of the investigation, members of the police forensic identification unit, K-9 unit and the criminal investigations unit assisted.
Moose Jaw and District EMS also attended to provide medical attention.
The victim was treated for serious, but non-life threatening injuries at Moose Jaw Union Hospital and was later released. Two adult males are currently in custody, with the investigation ongoing and charges pending.
Moose Jaw Police Service received 25 calls for service between 7 a.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday.
• A single vehicle collision resulted in $10,000 in damage on the 300 block of Stadacona Street West.
• Police are investigating a report of mischief to a vehicle on the 300 block of Main Street.
• Police are investigating a report of a break and enter on the 300 block of Athabasca Street West.
• Police assisted EMS with a medical emergency on the 800 block of Keith Street.
• Police are investigating a report of a hit and run on the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest.
• Police are investigating a report of mischief on the 1300 block of Vaughan Street.
• A two vehicle collision resulted in $15,000 in damage on Second Avenue Northwest at High Street West.
• A dispute was mediated on the 800 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest.
• A hit and run is being investigated on the zero block of Fairford Street West.
• Police assisted EMS with a medical emergency on the 800 block of Stadacona Street East.
• Police are investigating a report of a hit and run on the 500 block of Thatcher Drive East.
• A report of mischief is being investigated on the zero block of Hall Street West.
• A report of mischief is being investigated on the 600 block of Second Avenue Northeast.
• A person was issued a noise complaint on the zero block of Fairford Street East.
• A warrant was executed, resulting in a person attending court.
