Fire calls

• On Monday, engines responded to a call of smoke in a building on the 100 block of Fairford Street West.

• Engines responded to a hazmat call on the 500 block of Hochelaga Street West.

• A vehicle fire was responded to on Trans-Canada Highway West.

Police calls

Moose Jaw Police Service received 25 calls for service between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.

• Police are investigating a report of a theft involving a red 2005 Ford F150 Supercab, with a licence plate reading: 274 HUH, at 1737 Coteau Street West.

• A reported theft of batteries and extension cords from eleven vehicles is being investigated on the zero block of Fifth Avenue Northwest.

• A break and enter involving a report of stolen firearms is being investigated on the 1700 block of Coteau Street West.

• Police mediated a disturbance on the zero block of Crocus Road.

• A reported theft of personal items is being investigated on the zero block of Belmont Crescent.

• Police are investigating a report of threats on the zero block of Caribou Street West.

• A two vehicle collision resulted in $3,000 in damage and a charge for disobeying a red light on Athabasca Street East at Main Street North.

• Drug paraphernalia was seized for destruction on the 500 block of Hochelaga Street West.

• Police are investigating a report of threats made at 20 Caribou Street West.

• Police mediated a disturbance on the 1200 block of Grandview Street West.

• Two people were arrested on outstanding warrants and released for a later court date.
