Fire calls

Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to four calls Friday.

  • Crews responded to a medical call on the 1100 block of Iroquois Street West.
  • There was as motor vehicle collision on the 400 block of Lillooet Street West.
  • There were fire alarms ringing in the 1900 block of Seventh Avenue Southwest that were a false alarm.

Police Calls

Moose Jaw Police Service received 79 calls between 7 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday.

  • Police investigated one complaint of Theft.
  • Police investigated two complaints of Threatening.
  • Police investigated three complaints of Domestic Disturbance.
  • Police investigated five Driving complaints.
  • Police investigated four complaints of Hit & Run.
  • Police investigated two complaints of Unwanted Guest.
  • Police investigated one complaint of a Stolen Vehicle.
  • Police investigated two complaints of Noisy Parties.
  • Police investigated one complaint of Impaired Driving.
  • Police investigated one complaint of Possession of Stolen Property.
  • Police investigated one complaint of Assault.
  • Police investigated two complaints of Fraud.
  • Police investigated three complaints of Possession of Drugs (resulting in two people charged for Possession).
  • Police made two ASD demands (resulting in 1 24hour suspension).
  • Police investigated seven complaints of Disturbance/Fights.
  • Police investigated and charged five persons with breach of court orders.
  • Police assisted EMS with two incidents.
  • Police arrested three people on six outstanding warrants.
  • Police seized four vehicles.
  • Police investigated two complaints of Break & Enter to garages.
  • Police investigated one complaint of Intoxicated person.
  • There was a motor vehicle collision on the 400 block of Lillooet Street West, no injuries, $1000.00 damage, two charges laid
  • On the 1100 block of Athabasca Street West there was a break and enter. One adult male is in custody.
