The holidays are almost here and that means some of us will be closing up shop and taking a few days off. But nasty winter viruses and other health issues don’t take a vacation; here are the holiday hours for Union Hospital and several medi-clinics around Moose Jaw.
All main services and emergency will be fully up and running at Union Hospital throughout the holidays, only routine lab and x-ray services that are not time-sensitive will be closed to outpatients. According to hospital administration x-ray and lab will be unavailable to outpatients on Dec. 25 and 26 as well as Jan. 1.
Staff at Fourth Avenue Medical Clinic said they will continue regular hours until noon on Dec. 24 when they will close and then reopen on Jan. 2.
The Town ‘N’ Country Medical Clinic will close their doors at 3 p.m. on Dec. 21 and reopen for normal hours on Dec. 28. They will then be open for normal hours until New Years Eve and will be closed News Years Day.
At South Hill Medical Clinic staff said they will accept walk-in patients until noon on Dec. 21 and will then close their doors before reopening on January 2.
