Fire calls

The Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to the ringing alarms at the 100 block of Britannia Road at 10:21 a.m. on Friday. It was a malfunction of the alarm system.

Police calls

Police responded to 57 calls for service between 7 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday. The calls included:

• There were three complaints of Theft.

• There were five complaints of a suspicious occurrence or person.

• There was one complaint of auto theft.

• There was one complaint of hit and run.

• Police investigated one possession of narcotics. One person was charged with possession.

• There was one driving complaint.

• There was one complaint of dispute.

• There were three complaints of assault.

•There was one complaint of break and enter.

• There was one complaint of a fight.

• There was one complaint of a breach of a court order.

• There was one complaint of willful damage.

• There was one complaint to assist EMS,

• Police arrested three people on multiple outstanding warrants.

• There were three complaints of alarms.

• There was one complaint of an assist to locate.

• There were two impaired driving complaints. One person was given a 24-hour suspension and another person was charged over .08 and impaired driving.

• Police have two young offenders in custody for robbery and assaulting a police officer.
