Friday and early Saturday the Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 43 calls including a motor vehicle accident on the corner of Thatcher Drive and Main Street North. There is estimated to be around $10,000 damage. One person was charged with fail to yield.

Around midnight the police were called to the Kinsman Sportsplex were a $150 pair of shoes was reported stolen.

At around 1:30 a.m. police responded to Manitoba Street West were an adult male was charged with assault causing bodily harm and assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.

At 3:11 a.m. an adult male received a 24-hour driving suspension.

During the hours of 7 a.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday the police responded to 21 calls.

Around 7:20 a.m. police were called to the 1000 block of Hastings Street for a theft under $5,000. The items reported stolen were recovered by police and returned. The case is still under investigation.

Around 2:30 police were called to the 800 block of Coteau Street. Two women are to be charged with uttering threats. There were warrants issued for both women.

At approximately 6 p.m. police were called to the 100 block of Manitoba Street East where a male and female left without paying a food bill. Both suspects were charged.

At 6:44 police responded to a motor vehicle accident on the 1200 block of Ninth Avenue East and Thatcher Drive East. Damage is estimated to be over $5,000.

At around 8 p.m. police responded to a second fraud on the 1600 block of Main Street North. Two males charged for trying to leave without paying their bill.

Around 10:20 p.m. police were called to the 1100 block of Vaughn Street where 10 unauthorized bank withdrawal transactions were made. The case is still under investigation.

During the weekend two people were also arrested on outstanding warrants and released for court date and one person was charged with breach of probation.
