Members from the Moose Jaw RCMP detachment are responding to a semi-truck that is blocking the eastbound lane of travel on the Trans-Canada Highway - 9 kilometres east of Mortlach.   Police are warning the weather in the area is very bad, with blowing snow and reduced visibility.  Members have been responding to vehicles in the ditch on the Trans-Canada Highway, Highway 2 and Highway 363 for most of the afternoon.   The Department of Highways has issued several warnings throughout Saskatchewan for very poor driving conditions.   Drivers are urged to use extreme caution or not travel at all in the affected areas.   Check the Highway Hotline before travelling, at: @SKGovHwyHotline on twitter or the website at http://www.highways.gov.sk.ca/road-conditions/
