From 7 a.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Saturday the Moose Jaw Police Service responded to a number of calls for service in the city.
Those calls included a motor vehicle accident which resulted in no injuries but one charge of disobey a stop sign. Police also responded to a theft on the 1000 block of Second Avenue Northwest, where a ladder was taken. On the 1000 block of Lillooet Street West, police recovered a red Dodge truck that was reported stolen in Regina. Around 2 p.m. Friday, police charged one male with shoplifting at Safeway. During this time two erratic drivers were also reported.
During those same hours the Moose Jaw Fire Department also responded to three calls for service, which included two alarms and one call to assist Moose Jaw EMS at around 9:20 p.m.
