Three charged after P.E.I. investigation into more than 24 cottage break-ins

RUSTICOVILLE, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, - The RCMP say two men and a woman have been arrested following more than two dozen break and enters in several northern Prince Edward Island communities.

The Mounties say the trio was charged following an investigation into cottage break-ins in the North Shore area of Queens County.

They say a 43-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman, both from Rusticoville, were arrested Sunday and face multiple charges of break and enter and theft.

Police say a 23-year-old Charlottetown man was arrested on Monday and faces similar charges.
