MONTREAL - Montreal Canadiens defenceman Josh Gorges has used Twitter to organize a Boxing Day outdoor hockey game with fans.
The 28-year-old called on fans to join him at a neighbourhood rink in Montreal this afternoon.
Gorges joked that he may be slow moving after last night's Christmas dinner.
The shinny hockey game comes two days after the NHL lockout reached its 100th day.
Hundreds of fans have responded to the invite saying they plan to attend.
