The 29-year-old Moose Jaw man charged with multiple counts of assault at Moose Jaw Union Hospital will have to wait until Sept. 21 to receive his sentencing.
On May 24, Jesse Robert Chisholm was charged with two counts of unlawful assault against peace officers, as well as one count of assault against a nurse at the Union Hospital.
The Moose Jaw resident is also charged with mischief for allegedly damaging hospital property, including the breaking of windows.
Following a 30-day psychological assessment at a North Battleford facility, Chisholm pleaded guilty to all charges and was released until sentencing, on the conditions he take psychotropic medication and attend psychiatric therapy as prescribed by a physician or psychologist.
