Graffiti vandals target Moose Jaw businesses

Incidents of graffiti across Moose Jaw are on the increase with a number of businesses targeted in the city.

Moose Jaw Police Service has received eight reports of graffiti since October 4.

Constable Shawn Mohle, of the community programs and safety unit, said: “There has been an increase in graffiti. They have mainly been on businesses.”

“It is still under investigation with the police. We have lots of people to talk to yet but there have been eight calls since October 4 so it has been on the increase.”

There is a simple solution to the graffiti problem, and it need not be a burden on the taxpayers. The solution is condoned by the U.S. Supreme Court (1970).

  If the graffiti problem is resolved as fast as the violent repeat offenders in this city,I will be AMAZED if the police service can find its way to there cars to answer calls.I know alot of peaple think the service is great,Well get your heads out of the sand and look around,Cause the gang language is writen on those walls.And the police know whom most of the gang members are,Just can't do anything.
