Local police responded to a report of a man urinating in a parking lot on Caribou Street West at 10:30 a.m. on Monday and ended up arresting the suspect for outstanding warrants.
In total, Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 42 calls between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, including a report of a chain saw stolen from the back of a truck on the 1000 block of Chestnut Avenue overnight Monday.
Also occurring overnight Monday, city police received a report of a satellite radio stolen from a vehicle on the 1000 block of Athabasca Street West.
At 1 p.m. on Monday, police impounded a vehicle on the 300 block of Athabasca Street East. The driver had a suspended licence.
There were no serious injuries following an assault complaint to which police responded on the 500 block of Athabasca Street West at 8 p.m. on Monday. The incident is still under investigation.
