On Friday evening, at 11:01 p.m., Moose Jaw Police charged an adult female with impaired driving and driving over .08 on the 900 block of Main Street North. Another person, an adult male, received the same charges at 3:07 a.m. on Saturday at the intersection of First Avenue Northwest and Fairford Street West.
At 6:58 a.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of Warner Street damage to a house was reported; fireworks had been stuck in a mailbox and exploded.
A theft of a pressure washer, valued at $100, was reported from the 1000 block of Coteau Street West at 12:03 p.m.
A truck on the 900 block of Third Avenue Northwest was reported vandalized at 12:08 p.m. Windows had been smashed out and a stereo stolen. Damage is estimated at $1,500.
A motor vehicle accident occurred at 3:19 p.m. at the corner of Eleventh Avenue Northwest and Francis Street, causing minor injuries. An adult male was charged with impaired driving in the incident.
Twelve bags of ice were stolen from a business on the 1200 block of Ninth Avenue Northwest at 5:36 p.m.
At 6:22 p.m. at the Giant Tiger store, a theft of fireworks was reported.
Two adult males were charged with tampering with a vehicle on Connaught Avenue at 2:02 a.m. on Sunday.
At 2:54 a.m. on the 300 block of Manitoba Street West, an adult male was charged with impaired driving and driving over .08. Another male was charged with the same transgressions on the 0 block of Athabasca Street West at 3:13 a.m.
At 9:57 a.m., electronic items valued at $350 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 900 block of Hall Street West.
A vehicle was entered and damaged on the 600 block of Fifth Avenue Southwest at 10:37 a.m. Change was also taken from the vehicle.
A two-vehicle accident was reported at 5:00 p.m. from the intersection of Third Avenue Northwest and Manitoba Street West. One person was transported to hospital with injuries. The accident resulted in approximately $20,000 damage. Charges are pending.
