Moose Jaw Police received a total of 40 calls from Monday to Tuesday afternoon.

At 4:15 p.m. Monday, an adult male was arrested on two outstanding warrants. He was released and will be in court at a later date.

A report of a shoplifter on the 500 block of Thatcher Drive East came in on Monday afternoon. The situation is under investigation.

The 200 block of First Avenue Northwest was the scene of a theft under $5,000 on Monday at 5:15 p.m. The perpetrator was charged.

A break and enter was reported from the 500 block of Main Street South. Money and bottles and cans were taken from the property.

Another break and enter was reported from the 600 block of Duffield Street at 10:30 p.m. An Xbox and computer were stolen from the house.

Two persons, a male and female, were charged with breaching their probation at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

On the 0 block of Main Street North, one person was charged with breaching his recognizance. 

Damage to a vehicle’s passenger side door was reported from the 1500 block of Grace Street.

Also on Tuesday, a female was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

    What makes you think we don't have a wait period here,even though I grant you the force is not run off its (shall we say feet)

    another slow day in Moose Jaw,maybe your fine city can send us a couple of officers to calgary,as we here have a 51/2 hour wait time for help from our police force,our police officers are way over worked.
