A 21-year-old man who faces charges in connection with a fire in Moose Jaw appeared in court on Tuesday.
Jason Fudge was at the city’s provincial court for a plea and election hearing.
The case was adjourned until Feb. 16 as Fudge’s defence attorney Merv Shaw needed more time to speak to his client.
Fudge is charged with conspiring with other people to commit arson and being a party to the offence of arson on Nov. 30 relating to a fire at 885 Ninth Ave. S.W.
He is also charged with conspiring with other people to commit the indictable offence of break and entry to a business and being a party to the offence of break and entry on Nov. 30.
Those charges are related to an alleged attempted break and enter at Leisure Time Bingo on Nov. 30.
Fudge was granted bail at a previous hearing.
