A 21-year-old man who pleaded guilty in connection with a fire in Moose Jaw will have to wait another two weeks for sentencing.
Due to incompletion of the pre-sentence report, in Moose Jaw provincial court on Monday, Judge Margaret Gordon adjourned the case of Jason Fudge until April 27.
On March 1, Fudge pleaded guilty to conspiring with other people to commit arson. The charge relates to a fire at 885 Ninth Ave. S.W. on Nov. 30.
A charge of being a party to the offence of arson was stayed.
Fudge also pleaded guilty to conspiring with other people to commit the indictable offence of break and entry to a business.
The charges are related to an attempted break and enter at Leisure Time Bingo on Nov. 30.
