The following items are on the agenda for Monday’s council meeting at city hall:
• Bob Symenk, youth advisory committee facilitator, is requesting permission to present the committee’s final report for the 2009-2010 year.
• The city manager will present the first quarterly report for the City of Moose Jaw in 2010.
• The parks and recreation department will present the monthly report for the ongoing multiplex project.
• Local citizen Kristy Van Slyck is requesting permission to address council regarding the soccer facility’s fitness centre.
• Council will vote on ratification from the May 10 executive committee meeting.
• Coun. Don Mitchell will make a motion regarding Sidewalk Days, in order to allow for the event to take place this year.
• There are several bylaws that council will consider on Monday night, including giving third and final reading to a bylaw officially setting the 2010 city budgets and setting this year’s mill rate.
