Kinsmen Sportsplex pool remains closed

The indoor pool at the Kinsmen Sportsplex will remain closed on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, due to mechanical issues and shortened closure time for annual maintenance.

The 5-7 p.m. lap swim on Wednesday, as well as 6-8 a.m. early morning swim will take place at Phyllis Dewar Outdoor Pool.

Maintenance staff will re-evaluate the pool conditions to determine if any programming changes need happen on Thursday as well.

What a joke! The outdoor pool was delayed opening, now the kinsmen? Who runs these facilities? Will the multiplex(es) be run the same way?
