Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 46 calls between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 4 p.m. Thursday, including a report of a stolen 1990 Chev red short box truck, which was reported missing from the 400 block of Iroquois Street West at 12:32 p.m. on Thursday.
The vehicle had Saskatchewan licence plates (324-CSK).
Police are investigating a driver who apparently filled a vehicle with gas and drove off from a 1600 Main Street North gas bar without paying. The incident occurred at about 8:07 p.m. on Wednesday.
At 11:36 p.m. on Wednesday, police responded to a report of a stolen motorized scooter, valued at $3,000, from the zero block on Manitoba Street East. The incident is still under investigation.
Police charged a young offender male after allegedly catching the individual tampering with vehicles on the zero block on Manitoba Street West at 1:37 a.m. on Thursday.
At 7:24 a.m. on Thursday, police responded to a report of a vehicle that was entered on the zero block of Bluebell Crescent and $20 was apparently taken.
Around 11:34 a.m. on Thursday, city police responded to the 500 block of Third Avenue Northeast because of a break-in report that resulted in the theft of a 50-inch Panasonic TV. The matter remains under investigation.
At 2 p.m. on Thursday, police responded to a two-vehicle collision on the corner of Main Street North and Thatcher Drive. The incident caused $10,000 damage and one person was charged for proceeding from a stop sign before safe to do so.
