The Moose Jaw Police Service responded to a total of 36 calls from Tuesday to Wednesday afternoons.

At 4:37 p.m., police attended to a two-vehicle collision on Manitoba Street East at First Avenue Northeast. The incident caused $10,000 damage and affected persons received minor injuries. One driver was charged with failure to yield the right of way.

One person was charged with theft under $5,000 at 4:37 p.m. on the 500 block of High Street West.

At 6:00 p.m., police received a complaint of a $3,500 fraud. The situation is still under investigation.

Police attended to a fire call on the 100 block of Fairford Street West at 8:41 p.m. The fire, started in a cooking pot, was quickly put out.

Police charged one person with possession of drugs at 1:51 a.m. Wednesday on the 0 block of Irving Avenue. 

At 3:34 a.m., one person was charged with obstructing a police officer and four breaches on the 900 block of Lillooet Street West.

Police assisted an ambulance with an intoxicated person on the 100 block of Fairford Street East at 12:35 p.m. The person was held by police.
