A 24-year-old Moose Jaw man has appeared in court in connection with a boating collision which occurred at Buffalo Pound Lake at the start of August.
Anthony Braniff made a first appearance at Moose Jaw’s provincial court on Wednesday.
He is charged with operating a vessel with a blood alcohol level in excess of 0.08 causing bodily harm and impaired driving causing bodily harm on Aug.7.
Cpl. Alan Vanthuine, court liaison for the Moose Jaw RCMP detachment, said Braniff represented himself in court and requested an adjournment.
He will next appear in court on Oct. 6.
