The Snowbirds perform a 12-jet fly-over of Moose Jaw's downtown following their air show July 4.
The year-end show is not open to the public.
During the 43rd season, the team performed more than 55 performances in 38 locations across North America. The team traveled from coast to coast, visiting large urban centres and small communities.
“This event marks the culmination of yet another successful season for 431 Air Demonstration Squadron.” said Lieutenant-Colonel Chris England, the Commanding Officer of the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, in a press release. “It gives us an opportunity to be with friends and family and witness the last performance of the 2013 season as well as welcome the new Team Lead, pilots and technicians.”
The event will be the last for Team Lead Major Wayne Mott and will be an opportunity to celebrate incoming Team Lead Major Patrick Gobeil.
